Terms of Service

Refund policy — Customers may request a refund within 5 business days of being charged for services. Refunds are issued according to BA Program discretion. Refunds will be issued for incorrect billing or any other situation deemed as reasonable by BA Program.

Delivery policy — Services will be delivered according to the promise agreement committed at sign up. Delivery of services is also dependent on customer delivering certain information and completing specific tasks. If the customer does not complete the actions requested as listed in the promise agreement, BA Program is not liable to complete full delivery of services.

Return policy – No returns are issued for services. Refunds may apply, see above. Returns may be accepted for physical goods. Customer must request a return within 5 business days of receiving the item(s). If the return request is approved, BA Program will work with the customer to provide a replacement item(s) or refund the customer. Returns are optional fully under the discretion and decision of BA Program.

Cancellation policy — Customers agree to a minimum timeline agreement. To cancel services early, the customer must provide a written cancellation request within 2 weeks of cancellation date. Depending on the situation, BA Program holds full discretion and decision to allow early cancellation. If the minimum service timeline has been met, customers can request to cancel services and BA Program has 2 weeks to finalize the service agreement and terminate services with the customer. If the recurring billing date is within that 2 weeks, BA Program reserves the right to complete that final charge to cover any services provided within that time.
